Mass transport from the airport

Conventional public transportation is typically only used for travel between the airport and Austin when heading to COTA. For this route, you can take Capital Metro Bus Route 20: Capital Metro Bus Route 20 offers daily service between Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and downtown Austin.

The bus departs from the airport's Ground Transportation Center, located outside the lower level of the Barbara Jordan Terminal, and heads to downtown Austin. The trip takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Taxi

Taxis are easily accessible across Austin and provide a convenient door-to-door transportation option. Several taxi companies operate in Austin, Texas, including some of the major ones:
